I think for a small local pizza place, they make good pizza and great salads. Plus also great if you are up late and want something to eat on the weekend they have later hours.

Last night I got 2 pizzas at big mamas pizza the mushroom was old dark and smelly the dough was gone bad and sour I asked the employee to refund my money he said sorry the boss is on vacation. I threw both pizzaz in the garbage in front of him. My family and I got out of the restaurant hungry with bad taste in our mouth.
I owned a pizza restaurant for 15 years and I have never tasted anything like this.
This was fear factor quality.

I used to eat here at least twice a week when I lived in the neighbourhood. Some of the friendliest staff I've ever encountered since the new management took over a few years back. The pizza is great, and you abaolutely must try their dessert dough bites.

The pizza its self is not worth even for a $. The other thing the staff r rude and no manners. The cashier I saw was yelling on one customer and telling her F **k . I was surprised the lady was just telling him ur pizza was uncooked.i will never go back and never suggests anyone go back there.

Great pizza, we drive from east Windsor passing by every other pizza store just for this pizza. Dont know why people have bad customer service, mines always good. But to keep things relevant about the actual food, its really good!

The people are always nice and the food is always delicious. It is great to know that there is a place that I can bring my kids to that has a good atmosphere and food I can afford that still tastes great. There have been a few bad reviews, but from being a customer there for the last few years I can tell you that some of those customers still go back there. if the food was as bad as they say it was why would they go back? there is nothing wrong with their food i have had instances (3 times in the last few YEARS) when they have forgotten something or made something wrong (they are busy they have A LOT of customers it happens) they always credit me or fix the mistake big mamas pizza has always been my go to restaurant for a good price and great food i highly recommend it.
