With the pandemic bringing an unnatural loss of life, I have been feeling anxious about the wellness of a friend that I could no longer find on social media or through mutual friends. Originally I assigned the case to a private solutions agency and was promised expedient service; however, they were not transparent about their capacity to complete the work I needed, and this delayed my time-sensitive case by 10 days.

As a former security professional, I knew that this was unacceptable and that if I wanted to get this work done right that I needed to hire a team that was knowledgeable, experienced and outcome-focused.

I'm not sure any words can say how much I appreciate Star Quality investigations. I had a personal issue that I needed a private investigators help with. When I found out that the team consisted of ex-policeman I was more than happy to know that they had the experience that I needed. I was provided with live feeds on a daily basis and kept up-to-date anytime there were fees to be paid I was always asked first before they spent a dime of my money. I highly recommend this organization as they were discreet and provided me the evidence I needed on a short time frame.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Absolutely did not perform the job that she was paid for. Kept asking for more money before supplying any information in a time sensitive situation. Almost cost someone's life. Should lose her license.
