Very convenient location and great staff. I had the great fortune to work with Jason Gallant who helped me recover from a runner's injury. Jason was very understanding and knowledgeable. He really took the time to listen and share ways to help with my healing process. I am able to run again and it's thanks to the staff at Trilogy. Highly recommend if you are in the downtown core.

Rochelle Chung is an amazing physiotherapist, acupuncturist, and even a therapist if you are ever having a bad day. She truly cares about your physical recovery, targeting injuries in an intuitive manner, and prescribes holistic treatments.

She first started treating me in 2015 in a practice across the street from my house. She was so great that I've followed her to Trilogy and don't regret it one bit!
