Drove all the way from Mississauga to London to pick up a fifth wheel bracket and rail kit for my 2016 Silverado after confirming that "they had stock". Got the kit home, the bracket kit was for 99-07 classic Chevrolet truck. Called the young lad Daniel back that I dealt with and he assured me that the kit fit all trucks 99-17. Clearly not competent in the products they sell and trying to return the parts to these guys was damn near impossible. Took well over a month to get my money back. If there's any other hitch places in the area, guaranteed they will have better customer service than this groupnot impressed at all.

Great service, very knowledgeable. It's the only place to go in town for a van. Been to many others. Returned a few weeks later, I had chosen the wrong ball size. They replaced it quickly and free.

They quote one price on the phone. When they were done the job. The price was a lot higher. They didn't clear it with me. Just said this is what you owe! The staff at the front doesn't seem to care. Bad customer service. Left feeling like I was taken. Won't be back.

They installed the controller for the Firestone air ride system RIGHT OVER THE OBD2 PORT! So to check an engine light code you have to remove the controller , who does that?? There's so much free room , put it right beside the trailer brake controller where it's not blocking something important. sloppy job would never let them tough my truck
