They had a solid selection of products, efficient packing/delivery times, and really great customer service. There was a small mix up with my order, and they fixed it right away. Very pleased, will return again. Really happy with the new gear!

Paid $50 for a piece online, they tried to give me the wrong colour, tried to explain and got screamed at by the staff Haven't gotten a refund or the piece I paid for. I've even messaged them and been ghosted. Really bizarre and confusing customer service.
Maybe they're shutting down soon?
Update: Ended up going back today and got the piece, had to argue a bit about the colour again but the guys working were a lot easier to deal with than the 3 women who yelled at me. Definitely never returning due to the customer service. Friendly Stranger on Church is a WAY nicer option.response / report this review -

Good experience and fantastic variety. Found what I was looking for with ease, and got great service from the staff. 4/5 stars as I was given incorrect info regarding my purchase and the item was not exactly as described, and it was not backwards compatible with my existing equipment as I was told it was, but I'm still able to use the item.

Its a great place for all your medicating and smoking peripheral with a friendly staff willing to answer all your questions. Very large at 3 floors, make sure u check out the top floor for some very pretty pieces.

Would’ve been five stars if the lady working there would’ve worn her effing mask !!! As someone who wears masks working 8 hour shifts in service, I get it that it’s hard. But she was literally helping someone out with her mask completely off her face. Gross and NOT safe.
The rest of the experience was pleasant and everyone else working there was chill and helpful!response / report this review
