I cannot praise Adam Kaplan too highly, for clear communication, excellent empathy and friendliness as well as superb professional skills. I had no pain whatsoever after the procedure, needing not so much as an aspirin let alone narcotics, and recovered completely despite accidentally all but omitting one of the after-care precautions.
Also, Dr. Kaplan has stayed in touch to make sure recovery continues smoothly; and never with the sense of hurry or self-importance unfortunately commonplace. If you need oral surgery, he is surely the best. - Greg Ragle.

Dr Kaplan and his staff did an excellent job removing my four impacted wisdom teeth. I was out like a light for the whole ride and didn't feel a thing. I’m seeing the real proof of their skills in how well this recovery is going, smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend this place for any dental surgery.

We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Kaplan when he extracted my husband’s wisdom teeth recently. His bedside manner is truly unmatched in the industry along with the level of professionalism and care of his staff. One wisdom tooth was impacted which had been causing my husband a lot of pain and discomfort. As a result, we expected the recovery would take some time but my husband recovered so fast he was requesting non-soft foods the night of the surgery! We were so pleased with our experience - it was really a pleasure working with the team at Toronto East Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Chang and his staff were professional, careful with COVID19 precautions and compassionate. You know a person has excellent interpersonal skills when they can manage to reassure you through what essentially looked like a gas mask. This was such a positive experience considering I was dreading the procedure and recovery. As a patient I don't have the qualifications to judge surgical skill but I can speak to my experience. My recovery has been much faster than expected and relatively pain free, everything looks great. I assumed that I would have a long and painful recovery from the research I did. I am so grateful for Dr. Chang's skill and the wonderful support of his staff.
