  Don't expect your delivery to arrive no sooner than 1hr if you order online after 4pm! Their supervisor just told us to wait even longer and to call them back "if you like" for discount. And also told us that we should've ordered as pick up. They blame on the customer's choice and make the customer work for the discount!!! No 'sorry for inconvenience' or anything !! We finally got our pizza 1hr 15 min later and they were cold. Shame shame. I gave one star for the taste otherwise no star at all. Gotta say they make a good pizza

  Actually has the best gluten-free pizza crust in Barrie, and a huge variety of unique toppings. They're priced fairly cheap and run good deals and specials all of the time too. I love the Diavolo and Tropical Heat Wave pizzas, but everything I've had here is really good.

  It states on website you can customize your selection. In realityyou can't. I asked for light saucepizza is 1/4 inch thick with sauce alone I also ask for the pepperoni on top of everything well done. Instead they make sure the pepperoni is soggy by loading it with the sauce and putting everything else including the cheese on top. Customer service is terrible.

  Ordered a pizza at 5pm and at 630pm there was still no delivery. Then I was offered 10 bucks off for an hour and half late cold pizza. Worst service ever.

  Toppers pizza has terrible customer service. Everytime we go there the girl at the cash is very unhelpful. We ordered two pizzas with two pizzas under the deal for a large pizza with three toppings. We asked if they could put one of the toppings from one pizza on the other as they're both under the same order and she rude and wouldn't do it. So we paid and sat on the bench waiting for our pizza. It was ready for ten minutes and neither people working called us up to recieved our order even though they saw us sitting there waiting. Then they didn't give us our recipe and made us bag our own pop. The pizza didn't taste very good and the service was poor.
