  Hired for a move from Mississauga to Nova Scotia. They quoted, and promised delivery under two days, unloading at destination and fixed price unless they were delayed by poor weather. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD. They were late by four hours to load the shipment, and arrived with a truck that was too small to accommodate the full shipment despite us giving them our overseas shipping manifests and a comprehensive tour of the two storage lockers days in advance. Because they were late, my wife had to leave to catch a flight before they finished loading. They promised an additional truck to take the load, but it never arrived. Our shipment sat in Ontario for over a day on their truck without us being informed. They charged our credit card on several occasions without our authorization and without informing or sending copies to us, $5,000 over a period of one month, and then prepared a false invoice without informing us to MasterCard to justify their charges. They also attached my signature from the original estimate and pasted it into their reply and justification to MasterCard. MasterCard supported the shipping company's argument, and we lost our money. While enroute to Nova Scotia, they were stopped at a weigh station and fined for an overloaded truck. They spent a full day at the station trying to sort out payment of the fine, find an additional truck, and transfer part of the original shipment to the second truck. Of course, they then charged us for additional hours, the second truck rental and accommodation for the two drivers, all as a result of their incompetence. The shipment arrived four days late, and there wasn't a crew to unload as promised. The two drivers were abusive and totally incapable of unloading the heavier items. We arranged our own crew to unload, along with my son and wife. The local crew showed up (two people) almost three hours later. In the meantime, the drivers broke several pieces in the shipment as a result of their lack of knowledge of how to properly move cabinets (they dragged them along the truck bed and broke the legs). When we finally had time to check the items, several extremely rare and valuable items that we collected over 28 years in Asia were missing. We have no idea where they went. Over the next two weeks. Top Tier demanded more money, accused us of writing 11 bad reviews (which we didn't), would not reply on the missing or broken items, and slapped us with a Cease and Desist order from their paralegals. They also accused us of blackmail but wouldn't explain why. Now, we have been charged outrageous charges to our credit card, had to cancel the credit card during our move when we had to buy a large number of appliances for our new house, are missing several extremely valuable items from our memories overseas, and were constantly threatened and misled by the company. You decide if you want to use their services.
  
  Update: This guy is a crook. Don't use him. The company read our review and demanded that we take it down. They also threatened us with legal action for libel.

  Bait and switch. Quote 1 price in the ad then add ons start when they show up ( 2 1/2 hours late). By the time they toted it up the price had tripled.
  
  Paid them about 50 percent more than the quote, they took less than half of what we wanted moved and worked for about an hour and wouldn't unload until the $$ was in the account.
  
  Also go by names like SSH & Fast Movers.
  
  Beware. All in all a terrible experience. Nice way to treat seniors. Can't NOT recommend them enough.

  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST HIRING THIS COMPANY.
  
  They showed up on time, however that's where the positive feedback stops. Proceeded to spend 4 hrs doing 3hrs worth of work (people moving single items at a time, ect). Once the truck was full packed, they gave me a bill, with an extra $700 of charges on it, and showing a 11hr charge for time. At this point they had been present at the house for 4 hrs (5hrs taking into account travel time). I was told that they would not move the truck until the fees were paid in full. They literally tried to hold my furniture hostage, and inflate the bill by about $1000. After telling the manager that we would not be paying the fee and proceeding to have the crew begin to unload the truck, we finally came to a reduced price ($700 reduction). Again, I am told that I must pay the amount in full in advance of the job being completed. This is completely ridiculous and services are always paid for after completion. Foolishly I choose to pay them (after more threats of not delivering the product) and the movers begin to move the products.
  
  Once we get to the drop off location, they begin dragging the furniture, dropping it, and damaging it. Two desks are damaged with broken legs (they would not remove the legs when advised to do so). They even left some of the furniture out in the rain without properly bringing it inside. Horrible experience, horribly unprofessional, workers that have no idea how to move furniture or have any regard for the condition of what they are moving.
  
  We will be pursuing this further with the companies insurance policy. If you plan to hire this company, DONT. And if you must, confirm ALL additional costs (above hrly rate), confirm the payment terms, and confirm that payment is to be completed after the move is completed. Brutal.

  We booked Top Tier Moving for our move to Calgary. They were the highest quote but our sales person Mark was very transparent and helped us with any questions we had. On moving day Gurvinder and his team loaded everything and they ended up leaving the next day to Calgary. They did a great job with the timing and didn't have any delays. Thank you very much, we would defiantly recommend this company.

  HORRIBLE COMPANY. *PROOF PROVIDED*
  
  I am in court with this company due to complete damages and a month and a half late arrival, they do not have a bank account, they do not have a truck, they ship through 3-4 different companies it is not a direct company, and they will list your items value to the lowest possible so when you do go to court you cannot fight for anything more than $100 value literally.
  
  - AS STATED IN THE ASSET INVESTIGATION "5-5266 general road Mississauga failed to identify any information related to the corporation. the subject does not appear to have been a tenant in this unit"
  
  AKA THEY DO NOT HAVE A PLACE IN THE ADDRESS PERIOD.
  
  We are a mother daughter who got screwed over beyond belief by this company, MIKE is a nightmare. Better off paying more and dealing with a professional ONE move company.
  
  A third party movers whom we had no idea who they were called us saying Top tier hired them and they had our stuff and its damaged before giving it to us they warned us, and showed us pictures PRIOR to loading it.
  
  We had 56 thousand dollars in worth of items, which the court says they listed as UNDER $3000 value, UNDER not even $3000.
  
  I did a background check which I paid $700 along with my lawyers fees to find out they have NOTHING to their name. I am more than willing to send this to anyone who is in court with them, or requires it you may email me at [email protected].
  
  Also attached, they may have changed their names to "STRONG MOVERS".
