My daughter was in an accident. Her car was towed to Paron Collision. The staff were so very helpful and patient as we worked through our insurance company in getting it settled. They never pressured us and went above in beyond in accommodating our schedule and with the insurance delays. I would highly recommend them for their professional and caring service.

I vetted this incredible company in Airdrie Alberta to fix my truck from the hail damage we had back in the summer. I work in the customer service industry and found this company to exceed my own expectations! 2020 has been a year of disappointment, but my experience with this team of collision professionals was anything but disappointing which was very refreshing!
This family run shop is great at what they do!!! From start to finish - my experience was very pleasant. Dennis took the time to review my concerns and damage and then explained my options. I also had the pleasure to deal with the sharp and organized receptionist/co-ordinator - Nicole(big shoutout to her!) - extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful! Nicole even arranged my car rental for pick up/drop off at their Paron Airdrie location. Very nice touch!
My insurance company wanted to replace my fenders/hood/door/roof with third party parts and very little PDR to other small areas of the truck just to keep their costs down. REDICULOUS! This was very concerning to me as I wanted to keep my vehicle original. Dennis explained that he and his team would work with the insurance company and would attempt PDR first to keep everything originalor they'd replace any parts with parts from Toyota ONLY!!! This was a HUGE relief. All in all, my truck looks amazing. It was returned to me clean and sanitized. Due to the employee(s) who performed the exceptional PDR work, all the parts and paint were saved (except the roofbut still from Toyota!)
Kudos to you and your team Dennis! It was a very refreshing experience. I'm very much a new and loyal customer from here on in!

I needed to get chips done as well some minor stuff done on my Infiniti. I shopped around but in terms of everything Paron was ahead. Dennis also made some recommendations that were very logical and cost effective. The end result was impressive. Car looks fantastic! Thank you Paron auto!!
