  Poor customer service. I Walked in with my wife.. girls standing behind the register talking to each other and texting. Perhaps my wife didn't look like the clients they prefer to serve. Maybe it was race related who knows! There was a lady near the back with glasses and shorter hair who snarled at me when I asked her for help. I think she was the owner as she is in several photos on their facebook page. Stay away.. you can find better service and nicer styles further down the strip.

  Toccata is a wonderful store with amazing casual clothes for women, young and old(er)! The decor is warm, the layout is clean and easy to navigate, and the displays are well thought through, showcasing the product well. The staff are lovely, incredibly helpful, always willing to bring you clothes they know will suit your style and body. You go in for a belt and walk out with a whole new outfit! Love the staples like tank tops, that every woman needs at least 8 of. And finally, the clothes are fantastic! They are stylish, casual, colourful, fit like a dream, reasonable prices, and best of all almost all Canadian designers! Love this store - would definitely recommend it to any woman passing through Canmore. And men, there is a corner for you to relax while your lady shops!

  I always have a great shopping experience here! Toccata carries a wide variety of high quality brands, many of which I haven't been able to find at other shops. Despite this, the staff is unpretentious and genuinely caring - whether or not you're spending the big bucks!
  Definitely worth a visit if you're stopping in Canmore for the weekend!! Oh, and they have some great men's products too for your patient husbands/boyfriends.
