  Treated my grandmother terribly. Please don’t send anyone you love to this place. Not only did they treat my grandmother with zero compassion, when she moved out they tried to sue her and they lost in court. They like to charge elderly people illegal rent deposits and they hope the family or their residents don’t notice or that they’ll be too scared and just pay it. They tried to get my family to sign a gag order but my grandmothers lawyer refused. Makes you wonder how many other residents out there have signed gag orders

  My mother is happy here and so appreciative of her beautiful new surroundings. This is all because of you Adriana and your devoted staff who remain cheerful and dedicated to the well being of your residents no matter what the challenges, and treat Mom with the greatest of compassion and love. She senses this even with advanced dementia and I can see the change in her face and overall demeanor.
  
  And compliments to the chef, the food is amazing!

  Thorncliffe Place is different than most others, in that it promotes the feeling that the residents are all part of one family. It is the only retirement home that I am aware of where most of the residents leave their doors open, and residents support each other.
  The staff are incredible! They lovingly called my Dad, "Mr John", and had amazing patience and compassion. They went above and beyond in their care for him. They were in tears when he passed, and you can't buy that - it was real.
  I highly recommend Thorncliffe Place to anyone that is looking for more than the big places can offer.

  Thorncliffe Place is an excellent place to work! The family-like atmosphere truly makes it feel like a second home to me. The many staff who have worked at Thorncliffe Place 10+ years (some even 30!) just goes to show the kind of establishment it is. I am grateful to get to help care for such wonderful Residents. I would gladly recommend Thorncliffe Place to my friends and family.

  We were so impressed how the management and staff protected all the residents during Covid19. It was a difficult time for everyone but the caring and friendly staff made life a little brighter for everyone. We are so grateful that we found this wonderful place for our family member. W & S
