  Absolutely terrible, I would never go here again, the customer service rep was talking on the phone the entire time and not helping the people in front of him, then he lost it at me when I tried to use a machine and treated me like a child.

  Horrible service! We work 9-5 so we missed the first delivery and didn't want the package to get sent back to the company. So I called the distribution center and arranged a pick up there(which is 2 hour drive for us) The woman said no problem and that it would be there for pick up. When I get to the center, the woman at the counter is on the phone with her son while there are people waiting. She FINALLY gets to me and guess what? No package, she explains to me that you have to give 24 hours notice to arrange a pick up. We were not told this and there is nothing on the notice about this. She tells me she will call the driver and have him drop it off at a pick up location close to me house. I thank her profusely and drive all the way home. I get to the UPS store by my house and the man laughs at me and says, we don't do that here. WTF do you mean, the woman said she was calling the driver and that it would be dropped off here. I'm furious at this point. I start calling the center but of course the woman is not answering, so I go home. About an hour after that the delivery guy shows up at my place. He buzzes and comes up. He basically throws the package at me and walks away, doesn't say anything. What a joke! Disgusting and I'll never buy anything that gets shipped UPS ever again!

  Great cusomer service! This guy kept the doors open an extra 15 mins after closing just for me and rerouted packages for me.

  Horrible customer service!! Wasn't greeted at the door, super rude when I explained my situation! Put my package on the counterdidn't even say bye or have a nice day. NEVER USING THEIR SERVICE AGAIN! Rude, rude, rude!!

  Very average box selection, fedex taste better by far. Save your money and just eat some cardboard from your recycling bin
