Great at fulfilling our expectations. A comfortable place to warm up, relax, not have to cook, and not spend much money. The staff are charming. The spinach salad is fine, better than the green salad. The pastas are fine, too. The tortollini with chicken is worth getting again. Add a drinkable red wine and fantastic company, and it's a comfortable way to end the day.

Good food at a great price. Be aware this is a family style pasta spot with value dishes. Not a place for a white table experience but excellent for its price.

Staff were wonderfully friendly, considering how busy it was. Food is a little bit too "banquet" style for my tastes. Made to be widely appealing, rather than interesting. Dessert tasted like the cardboard box it was frozen in.

Food: The menu is comprehensive and has lots of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The food also tasted really good and fresh.

Price: The pricing of the food is excellent and very affordable. You also get some ice-cream and tea as part of the dinner! (the ice-cream was really good)

Ambiance: The place has a good vibe to it and you can bring family or even work colleagues here.

Service: Our waiter was well versed in the menu and was able to answer all questions. She was also very nice.

Overall: I will be definitely coming back here. Great price and good food and service.

Very affordable for Banff. Good potions. Nice view sitting looking over the open window onto the street. Everything included, drink, salad, ice cream. Gluten free pasta was actually really good as well. Overall recommended.

Easily one of the best bang for your buck restaurant I have ever had and not to mention amazing and funny staff as well as delicious food. Most of their menu has It's all included. This means that you receive sourdough bread with 2 kinds of butter, soup or salad, ice cream and coffee or tea. My meal cost me under 17$ CAD after tax. Would definitely recommend. Atmosphere of the place is really great as well!

The staff here were out of this world! The host was so kind and prompt at greeting us, the waitress was friendly, chatty and on top of drink refills and the food was wonderful! Such great prices for such good food! I can't believe I'd never been here before! Will definitely be going again next time I visit Banff!

Food was amazing. The service was the best I've received in my life and I've paid for $500 dinners for 1. Jade was incredible! Ask for her if you can. It's our new family spot for the area.

Good reasonably priced meal. Mostly pasta but a bit of variety. Tasted good. Free refills on soft drinks. The All Included meal deal included bread, salad or soup and icecream. Decor was somewhat dated and a bit dark in placrs

We've eaten here before and keep coming back. With five kids we find the menu both affordable and we'll suited to our family's tastes. We've never had a problem waiting to be seated, attended to or served. The food is consistently tasty, portions are very generous. The staff are I think the best thing about this place. Always super friendly. On our last visit recently, our greeter, Spencer, found our family a table quickly and without fuss. He popped back to our table during natural breaks in our meal to offer helpful and thoughtful advice about places we may like to shop or hike - the insider's knowledge so to speak. He made us feel extremely welcome and valued. Our server Andy was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Both a credit to the company.
