I have to admit that my favourite “eat out” breakfast in Calgary is here. The Chorizo Bowl.
This is a great value little place with friendly serving staff and fast times for food.

we've never been disappointed here. The staff is always friendly and the owner, was there the last time we went, was fantastic and even took the time to speak with us about the menu questions we had.
As for the foodthe cinnamon bun pancakes!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had only had dinner here but one of the servers recommended their breakfast, and now we will not go anywhere else for breakfast now.response / report this review -

Best Ricky's you will ever go to! This family run establishment is not like any of the other franchises baring the same name. The food is better, made with care. The staff are amazing!! It is always a pleasure to visit this restaurant. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner. The regulars all know it, this is an awesome place to get a meal!

Had the hot turkey sandwich with my dad. It was awesome. He is a picky eater and ate the whole thing! Great service, great food, great atmosphere!! 5 stars!!

The best service I've ever had at a restaurant, my boyfriend and I go here quite regularly for breakfast/brunch and the staff are always awesome. I feel very welcome and always have fun, the staff joke around and are extremely attentive to the smallest of needs, like more butter when you've just had the thought you could use more. The staff seem to really enjoy and have fun with their jobs which makes the restaurant very warm and inviting.
The food is delicious and fresh every time, you won't be dissapointed, love the breakfasts and there is a lot of veriaty. I personally love the the stuffed french toast, if you like French toast you need to try it!

The best pulled pork around. Not sure what they put on it but it is awesome.
They have great friendly service. Clean building etc

Really enjoyed my dinner tonight! The grilled cheese and tomato basil soup was good and our server, Brittney was amazing! Very friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back for another dinner!

So I'll start off with that the food is the same quality as every other Ricky's, but that's about all that's positive, the staff are incredibly slow to take your order and will often miss items. They also seem to not know what's in alot of the food, it may have just been the two waitresses I've had experience with, but I don't ever be going back.

We have been there several times. Nice professional staff, The food is great most of the times. And if the food is not right they make the effort to make it right or make changes.
