Truly wonderful! The space itself is warm, inviting, and relaxing. The massage therapists I've had the pleasure of interacting with (Chrystina + Cornelia) are open, embodied, and absolutely incredible at what they do. Their dedication and commitment to their craft is unmatched and allows for full connection.

At the beginning of 2002 I was experiencing a deep body healing crisis. At the worst of it I barely had enough energy to walk up the stairs and out to my car. Multiple major organs were failing.
I have been working with Dr. Link since last February. Since then I have released 46 pounds and my energy is now flowing freely. Link's intuition is extremely strong and he was able to clear issues that a previous practitioner had not been able to deal with in over four months of treatments. His help with nutrition has massively shifted my relationship with food - so much so that on a recent Mary Magdalene pilgrimage in France eating out for 18 days I actually lost 3 pounds and had no craving for desserts!
Links intuitive gifts are far beyond the average - he is able to quickly tune into blockages and switches treatments on the spot to adjust to the feedback he gets on specific acupuncture points.
Yesterday I walked 10 km - something I have not been able to do comfortably for several years. I am planning a 10km run next year when I finish releasing the final extra weight.
I truly feel he saved my life. At 72 I am now looking forward to the next years with a renewed sense of purpose.response / report this review -

Yesterday I received a massage from Chrystina. Everything from the clinic space to her personal room and her natural energy left me feeling as if I’d received much more than a massage. Not only was my body relaxed and the pain that I was feeling in my muscles and joints completely gone but I also felt a calmness in my mind and soul and I haven’t felt in years. Thank you Chrystina, I will definitely be back. 💜

Katrina Tetz is a phenomenal RMT. I always leave feeling so relaxed and pain-free. Her treatment style is so soothing and luxurious. I can not recommend her enough. ❤️

Being new to Calgary TNHC has been one of the most welcoming and holistic places I could have asked for. Chrystina provides the most incredible and focused deep tissues massage for my stiff and stressed body. Cornelia’s deep tissues massage, postural assessment and energy work left me feeling renewed. Last but not least, Dr. Link is AMAZING, warm, positive, effective, and provides friendly support in the most kind way ❤️ 10/10 would recommend all practitioners at this clinic to fulfill your wellness needs.
