The Yurt is located in one of the most serene places with views of the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Kevin and Marni are the most passionate people I know and go out of there way to make you feel like you are at home. They bring a sense of community and welcome everyone and their venture. I highly recommend visiting The Yurt whether it be for an event or if you want to rent the space to hold your own event! They put an immense amount of work into making this place feel like home which goes unnoticed. Check it out!

The Yurt is a one of a kind venue in one of the most beautiful locations in southern Alberta. The owners, Kevin and Marni are extremely passionate about their work and some of the best humans you will meet. I have attended multiple events at the Yurt and the sense of community fostered here is undeniable. Attend an event here and experience it for yourself!

The Yurt is the perfect place to gather with a small group for yoga classes, retreats, and intimate events. I have been to numerous classes there and have always enjoy my experience. The wood burning fireplace is welcoming and warm (even in the winter), and the views are incredible. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a unique experience or venue near Cochrane.
