One week until Mother's Day! Did you know, In 1969, Sunday nights (Mother's Day included) revolved around family dinner and hit television shows for most families. Bonanza, a western drama, was a family-favorite — and Mom was probably smitten with the Cartwright men. The season 10 finale, "A Ride in the Sun," aired on Mother's Day this year. WOW!

In the 24 hours it took to deliver a package from Aurora to Leslievile, your courier managed to destroy $330 worth of machined aluminium products.
Bending 4mm Aluminum requires some force and/or stupidity. Your firm destroyed custom fabricated work materials for a job that is scheduled for this weekend. Thanks for completely screwing the production calendar for a small family run business.

This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. We have worked with this company for a few years to send packages to our customers and in between stores. Recently I sent a package to one of our customers and was promised next day delivery, our customer didn't receive his package as promised. I called into the customer service line to get a quick update only to be told they didn't have any information. When I said this was unacceptable the representative repeatedly swore at me and told me I should take my business elsewhere if I didn't like the answer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

They lost my package with important documents ,irreplaceable. Nobody lifted a finger to find it, never called me back and my package is still lost. Every time I called I was told a different story. After so many years being their customer I was given no consideration what so ever.

Such horrible service. Got something sent out on Monday/Tuesday and stated how it must arrive by Thursday night. This was from Niagara to Toronto. That's less than two hours drive. Was told it would show up on Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and got a call asking if it was okay to delay till Thursday with a promise the package would arrive by 3PM latest. Thursday night comes around, still no package, offices are closed, no one to talk to.
