We were with a large group of friends and family when my son became too ill to stay. We wanted everyone to stay so cancelled our meals to return to the hotel. The management said if we could wait 5 min they would have our meals ready. They went above and beyond! It was a lonely meal at the hotel but it was very good and very appreciated!

Excellent server tonight, and the appetizer and food came quickly and were delicious. Our server even comped us a dessert for my wife's birthday! 5 stars once they have more dairy free options!

The Keg is a chain restaurant that is known for being upscale. The place is classy and clean. The service is always good. Servers are prompt, friendly, and really cater to your needs as a guest. Food quality and taste is good, but it's overpriced.

The waitress was fantastic. Popped in for an early dinner late lunch and sat on the patio. Good food and I had great company. I do enjoy this location a fair bit even though its far from where I live.

I visit this place once a week and the last time I was there was horrible. I had a reservation book for my moms birthday. I ordered a whole lobster, not a cheap meal, my butter was spilled when my plate was delivered my waitress did not come see how our food was at all. I tried to get her attention for over 15 minutes because I had no butter it took me getting up and going up to her. I had ice cold lobster. When cake came she put it on table no candle no happy birthday to my mom. I've never had such insulting service at any Keg. I was at this location the week before with great service.

The Keg is excellent every time. It's not the most showy place, but for a fantastic steak that you know is going to be good, they never disappoint. On the odd occasion the steak is cooked correctly, they're very quick to redo it and send you a new one, but that's uncommon. Cocktails are good, wine selection is good, but beers are a bit lacking and the deserts suck. But that's okay since you came her for steak.

Food was delicious but the service is what set this visit apart. Our server and the manager went far above and beyond to not only accommodate our multiple-food allergic son but to make him feel like a welcome guest, too. We were so happy and impressed and wish we could give this location more than five stars! The staff were truly excellent.

I don't go to the keg too often, but this one is probably my fave to go to. First off there is tones of parking which is great, secondly the service here is amazing! The wait staff are incredible here!! You never have an empty glass at your table, they are very observant and notice when you may need refills. The food is brought in a very timely fashion, and the staff check in on you, but not an annoying amount.
The food here though was awesome. I always order my steak rare, and even other locations seem to not be able to get it perfectly rare, but this one always does. I like to order it with Demi glacé and the garlic mashed potatoes and it's honestly heaven on earth. They do such a great job here.
The only negative thing I can say is that the seating in the restaurant isn't my favourite. I am personally not a huge fan of the shared long benches as I find it makes it a little hard to have any sort of intimate discussions or anything when someone's sitting 3 feet away from you.
I would prefer them to bring in more booths.

The food was amazing. My steak was cooked to perfection and the wine was great. Our server was very knowledgeable about the items on the menu and answered all our questions with confidence and a smile. I would highly recommend visiting this location.

The service was phenomenal! My boyfriend and I went for the first time to celebrate our anniversary and they treated us like old friends. The food was fantastic, our server was amazing and helpful and always came to check up on us even though it was very busy. I would definitely go out of my way to go back there!

Love going in here. Lounge has a nice fireplace.

You can have an intimate meal in the lounge or restaurant or entertain family and friends. Staff are knowledge, friendly and outgoing. They have changed their atmosphere to cater to a younger crowd during happy hour which has created a more inviting atmosphere overall.

Prices are reasonable and food is always consistently well prepared.

I was super impressed with the staff here on my last visit. My steak did not come as well done as I had asked, but I still ate what I could of it without complaint. When my waiter noticed how pink my meat was, he asked it was okay if he took my plate away. The manager then came to visit me to apologize and offer to cook me up a whole new plate even though I'd eaten a good portion of my meal. I will be coming back much more with great confidence that they are looking out for an awesome experience for their customers!
