Cinnamon buns that are cinnamon loaves! They are prepared for takeout orders. Great burgers and comfort food. Pleasant attentive staff. Right on the highway easy to access.

Drove 1 hour from Calgary to try this place, heard the good was good. Waited 15 minutes for a table. Ended up at a table that was not cleared again they were busy so we were ok. But than the only lady in the entire restaurant took our simple drink order of tea and 2 cokes. 30 mins later we were still waiting for drinks, never even got to order just left. I called to speak with a manager and the little girl who answered the phone said there were no mangers working. Tonight and said I could call back tomorrow or she could help me. Well as I explained what happened she found it extremely funny that I said o was disappointed in the service and than she continued to laugh off the complaint. Nope will not be back.

Great food and great service. Really good quality ingredients and plenty of options. Our server was fantastic, and food was delivered quickly. Good price too! The cinnamon bun was fantastic and I would argue a must have, but probably a better option is to get it to go.

Best damn burgers anywhere. Cinnamon buns the size of your head. Always awesome service. What more do you want? Oh yeah, how could I forget about the pickle soup. Hot damn!

Roy's place is the best restaurant in Claresholm. Friendly people and every item I have had on the menu is either good or excellent. The Cinnamon bun is something you will need to get for dessert.

It is great to have a good restaurant halfway between Calgary and Lethbridge. I meet my ULeth student son here for breakfast several times a year. Food is good quality, fairly priced and service friendly and quick. I was disappointed in the Eggs Benedict last time I was there. Hollandaise sauce was odd - seemed more like yellow mayonnaise. I will be back but will order something different.

Great food amazing service! We walked in with about 20 people (hockey team) no reservations. The restaurant was completely packed and still our order was taken/ drinks brought out right away and our food came out really fast and was delicious! Will definitely be back!

This place is just excellent. Exactly what you expect from any restaurant, only this place exceeds your expectations. Amazing staff both in the front and in the back. Great value. Great flavour. I have NEVER given a 20% tip anywhere in my life. But I left one here! I live 2.5 hours away from, but I felt right at home here. Well worth the stop. Hell..worth the drive!

First time at Roy's. Amazing ribs, truly fall-off-the-bone. Our waitress was great, she remembered everything on the first go around including special orders and was very attentive and friendly and outgoing, very professional for such a young person, it's rare to see these days. We also had the cinnamon bun and it was out of this world, plenty enough for the four of us. Wonderful relaxed diner-type atmosphere. It's true, ya gotta eat here.
