  I have just completed the Fall Yoga Immersion at The Haven with Kelly Price and it was the most wonderful experience. I went seeking to explore a deeper path into my body and to living from my heart and this program came at the right time in the right place and with the most wonderful people. The content of this course is impressive. The work was so comprehensive not only encompassing mind body and soul but enabling us to leave at the end with hugely practical and achievable ideas and inspiration for daily practises aligning ourselves to our most truest self and intention and connecting both inner and outer worlds. Kelly is an intuitive and superb teacher, guide and support with a wealth and depth of knowledge and I felt truly held throughout. A beautiful experience I can most highly recommend.   The Haven is the most amazing, beautiful and nurturing place. If I had the ability to rate higher than 5 stars, rest assured, I would do so without any hesitation.
  
  I did a 6 day program there very recently, and loved every minute of it.
  
  Quick breakdown:
  1) Location - lovely, quiet and scenic Gabriola island is a perfect place for self-discovery, transformative learning and nurturing.
  2) Accommodations - I opted for an shared option, and was not disappointed. All facilities are very close to each other, and there is parking if you are driving. I had lots of space, and met a new friend by sharing a room. It was a great experience. There are spaces/lodges/walks/etc if you need time to yourself.
  3) Food - amazing. Lots of options and very accommodating of individual dietary choices, without sacrificing flavour/quality. Very creative meals; there was always something different for each meal, each day of the week.
  4) Program/Leadership - fantastic. I won't spoil anything here, suffice to say that it was remarkable and worth every penny.
  5) Atmosphere - everyone at the Haven makes you feel like you are home. Helpful, kind and welcoming. Big thumbs up.
  6) Bodywork/Massage - yes, yes and yes. Completes the experience of being at the Haven and compliments the program. I highly recommend trying something that speaks to you.
  7) Getting there - I live in Surrey, BC, so the most logical option was to take two ferries (Tsawwassen - Duke Point, then Nanaimo - Gabriola) and bring my vehicle. This worked fairly well, but in the future, I would most likely opt for leaving the car at home. The island is small, and there are frequently groups wanting to explore during the day, so it is easy to make new connections and carpool. (Cost and environmentally-friendly!) There is a shuttle that can pick program participants up from the Gabriola ferry. (That said, it's not a long walk to the Haven - about 25 mins.)
  
  All in all, I am very happy with my visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to discover more about themselves, how we communicate and live with others and create wonderful connections and memories.
  
  I will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone at the Haven!

  If you're looking for a safe place to look inside yourself and let whatever out that needs to be let out.. here's the place. They don't push you, they offer you a space and provide guidance.
  Accommodations were great and the staff was amazing and a big wow to the food.

  Absolute scam of a store. Employees were rude and were only looking to boost their own commision. "Sales" are just marked up orices then marked down to an even high price. Would not recommend this trash store
