Kristy did a fabulous job on our dog. I would highly recommend her as she is very patient and kind.

I must say first Kristy did a great job on both my dogs this week loved taking them there, but when I took my shi-zo Bentley on Thursday October 5 2017 at 1230 for his grooming I picked him up he looked great I put him down to pay had him on his leash, this was at 2:15 pm I was about to pay he got out of his leash and ran out the front door, I was devastated!! He ran out into the parking lot why was the door of the store opened I don't know why, I ran out after him in the parking lot running back and forth to try to get him so he wouldn't get hit by a car I was terrified, I finally got him cane back into the store out of breath and the cashier says to me maybe you should have a harness,I could not believe what she said to me all I'm saying is that door should be closed for the safety of all dogs .

My boyfriend and I always buy our pets the best of the best pet food ( for our two cats and our dog ) we went to the bone specifically for this reason . Not only do they offer amazing food, treats and toys but a wonderful grooming service for your fur babies as well! ( at a very reasonable price)
Our groomer was wonderful . She knew exactly what we wanted before I could even tell her. She was very knowledgeable, kind and honest with us . Our Holly was happy and looks beautiful leaving after her spa day.
If you want your fur baby taken care of take them them to the bone ! 🐶response / report this review -

Went to this shop specifically for natural soap/shampoo ph balanced for my doggiebased on the predominantly positive reviews. I purchased shampoo, which was $21.99 for a small bottle. I didn't bother to give it the 'smell test' as I was assured that it had astringent oils in it. Imagine my shock and surprise upon lathering up my doggie to immediately be assaulted by the synthetic fragrance stink of an inexpensive shampoo. I am allergic to synthetic fragrances My dog (who has allergies, why I went to this particular store and paid so much for shampoo in the first place) was scratching for days after the unfortunate bath with this product. She is used to a couple of baths a week I felt so bad for making her suffer so much and I also couldn't stand the smell from her.
Truly an horrible experience. I feel immensely ripped off. This shampoo is a HUGE rip off in my estimation and I will personally not bother stepping foot in this store again, nor can I reasonably suggest anyone else shop here.response / report this review -

If you like to feed your dog the way you'd feed yourself (to live a long healthy life) you will find some healthy choices that you won't find at your typical pet food stores ..
