Splendide endroit historique sur les plaines d'Habraham immense étendue pour marcher faire du jogging, pic-nique ainsi que de nombreux Concerts l'été. Possibilités de skier ou de faire de la raquette l'hiver, proche des Bars et restaurants délicieux 😋
Splendid historic place to go walk, jogging, pic-nic and night concerts also. Skiing by the winter also all around the plains-of-abraham-battlefields-park. Canada's first national historic park. National Battlefields Park is over a hundred years old. Its main sites are the Plains of Abraham (98 hectares) and Des Braves Park (5 hectares).The 1759 Battle of the Plains of Abraham was the defining confrontation between the French and British Empires in North America. Months later, in 1760, the two powers clashed again in the Battle of Sainte-Foy, where Des Braves Park now stands. The urban park welcomes some 4 millions visitors each year!response / report this review -

Wonderful walk through history - but has great hiking and walking trails through the woods as well. Nice pavilions and fountains. This is where the Battle of the Plains of Abraham took place and the British took over Quebec from the French in the 1750's. The trails here lead down to the Citadel and old Wall in Old Quebec city. Wonderful green space - and make sure you check out the museum at the end of the park!

A beautiful spacious park along the shore of the St. Lawrence River is definitely worth visiting while in Quebec city. The scenery is incredible and for the most part does not allude to the fact that a bloody battle between the French and English happened on this spot 250 years ago. There are 2 Mortello towers in the park to showcase the military past but also a very colorful garden with a statue of Joan of Arc in it's center. A very large park that sits beside the Citadel and is very accessible to enjoy.

Quiet, peaceful, great for jogging and with great scenery. Beautiful setting where the faith of Canada was decided many years ago. Great for a picnic, great for biking, great overall.

Great place for jogging in the city! or to do a nice picnic with the family! It is Quebec city 's "Central park" with lots of history!
