I had a negative experience working with Sherry at TDS Personnel. She seemed to immediately disregard what kind of role I wanted, or what experience I had and insisted on her "vibe" of me, that would disqualify me from the roles I was applying for. She seemed certain that her impression of me was completely absolute, and was quite stubborn. She also accidentally sent me her notes on our interview in which she made fun of my physical appearance. Super unprofessional, super irrelevant to the roles I was applying for, and I would not recommend a staffing agency who is going to be so shallow, and so illogical.

I have worked with Kendra Penhale at TDS for several years now and she is hands-down the best recruiter that I have worked with. Kendra spends time getting to know her candidates and genuinely cares about finding a mutual fit for both her candidates and corporate clients. Kendra provides invaluable insight into many industries, and provides resume and interview coaching when sending candidates on interviews. TDS has plenty of diverse job opportunities, which is another reason that they ensure success in placing clients in roles.

My experience with TDS Personnel has been nothing short of amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Kendra, and I was also in touch with Beth in her absence. Kendra is truly the bestshe really went above and beyond my expectations. She provided me with great job opportunities, helped me prep for interviews, always checked in, and was super supportive and helpful at every step.
