  I was a new client just to find out that I am paying deductible fees that d not cover anything. I was suppose to have 65% of medication covered but only if the costs $267+. If it is a penny under, it covers $0!!!!

  ME: the pharmacy told me it couldn't do it so I had to pay full price and then do the claim online. I am a new client at sunlife and got this insurance recently.
  Areeba: This medication was processed at the pharmacy. This amount was not reimbursed as there is a combined deductible of $261 per person upto a maximum of $261 per family every benefit year.Your benefit year is Jan 01 to Dec 31
  Areeba: Once the deductible is satisfied, medications would be processed a per the plan details.
  ME: I have to spend 261 dollars first?
  Areeba: Correct
