Nice atmosphere and decor, kind of a small selection. Their cake slices are nicely priced compared to other places, and were fairly mediocre. The icing was a bit thin for my taste. Fantastic cinnamon buns though, with soft texture and their syrup/cinnamon sugar coverage is on point, since every bite had plenty of sweetness.

The ladies working at Tall Grass Prairie were a pleasure to order from. They found out I was cycling across the country and couldn't have treated me better (not that I deserve it). Came away with enough delicious treats to fuel me for the rest of the way to the west coast. Half a dozen cinnamon buns, festival oat cookies and a giant brownie.

Fabulous local bakery - organic, locally sourced ingredients, great flavours and textures. Now with sourdough bread.

Always fresh tasty products with no artificial colors. My favorite place
for baked goods. A bit pricey but good ingredients are expensive.
Staff at the Forks are great but at Westminster location staff generally are abrupt and unfriendly.

Bread girl wouldn't acknowledge us while she cleaned so I went to grab a refill of dish soap at gen green. I returned and my wife was still getting bread. The girl said we had to order and pay at the till. Then she didnt want to slice two loafs and then place them in our one plastic bag. My wife said fine just slice one and then throw the other whole loaf in after. The young asian girl scoffed and made a face. Man i gotta just get a bread maker and be done with bakery's. They get so weird when u bring your own bags.

Very dissapointing! Ordered a catered platter. Came in morning to pick up. Cinnamon buns small and expensive. $2.75 for a 1.5" bun. All 'fresh' buns for our lunch turned out not to be fresh, 'day old' stuff. Had to quickly go to another bakery to pick up fresh buns. Will not go here again.

Amazing business model. Healthy, delicious food. Normal bread won't taste the same after you've been here.

I love the selection and quality of goods sold here. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the service leaves a LOT to be desired. Staff is brusque and generally unfriendly. I'd go more often if the service was better.
