The apartment I live in had the elevator quit working, a Telus service man was working in the building and carried my groceries upstairs for me,what a nice man.

PhoneCo gave my family and I amazing service! I went in dreading activating three new lines for my teenagers, not only did they make my experience a good one, they were also able to make my monthly service plan affordable. The rep I dealt with was knowledgeable, personable, and really took the time to explain everything in a way we I could understand. They had a great selection of accessories at a really affordable price. I would recommend PhoneCo to my friends and family any day!

service was horrible sold shotty fake accessories not legit, told me id get 100 bucks off phone, but they don't tell you they charge a 3rd party fee that that 100 bucks will be discounted from, so my 100 dollars off was a fake ploy to suck me in , my phone says its 700 still owing on a 700 dollar phone when id should infact say I only owe 600, not 700 if phoneco was actually legit? they would honor this discount as a part of telus, but instead they pocket excessive fees to fund their own cause, this is completely unexceptable in my country - Canada, this IS fraud in my opinion!
