  Lots of selection and great prices. We went for sushi ingredients yesterday and found all sorts of neat stuff. We made a super yummy sunamono salad.

  Very very very lovely store, but, one thing I really must say. There is one fine handsome young man whose name is Kobe. Kobe helped me find lasagna noodles and sauce tonight. He by far is the most outstanding employee in the entire store. Everytime I go to the store, I look for Kobe. Kobe cares and Kobe loves. I highly recommend a pay raise for Kobe, or make him manager or something, he deserves it. If Kobe leaves Nofrills, I will not shop at Nofrills anymore.

  We do most of our grocery shopping here. Great prices and produce is really good. Be sure to get on their point system to save money off your groceries. Also tend to have good deals through the year. Watch the potatoes in winter they tend to be frozen or have slight frost damage.

  The employees are helpful and delightful. While shopping there it's great to hear the funny conversations of the grocery staff as they bicker about their jobs. The feeling of watching a sitcom of these employees jobs makes the time shopping at no frills a happy experience for everyone.
