  I've been going to Swizzlesticks for about 20 years now, and there's a good reason I keep going back. THEY BRING IT EVERY TIME!! My stylist this time, Rebecca, helped me decide what to do (a feat in itself), treated me like Gold (even though I use coupons), delivered a new look that's perfect for me, and made sure I knew all the tricks to do my hair at home.

  Worth every cent! I decided to get a totally new hairstyle but wasn't quite sure how to describe what I was looking for. I was attended to by a very skilled stylist who built off of my description and give it his own twist. I was in good hands and LIVE my new do! The investment in a 'director ' stylist was well worth it and I got a very relaxing scalp and facial massage. Bonus! Thank you sooo much Maykel, I'm looking forward to my next hair adventure.

  Terrible experience. This was the first time I ever complained about a cut or colour. The Stylist didn’t listen during the consult or she didn’t seek to understood what I wanted. She just did what she wanted. Even though a balayage was booked when the appointment was made and the stylist was shown a picture of a dark brown and Carmel balayage, she just did a overall dye job, which ended up being almost black. Not even close. They did offer to fix it but I just went somewhere else. I would not go back. Ever.

  My experience at the salon was great! The service was exceptional and my hair stylist Rebecca is amazing! I have no complaints. I will definitely be returning!

  Erin is AMAZING!!! I had no idea what I wanted when I came in but she absolutely nailed it! Great atmosphere, very fun, professional and classy. I'll be coming back weekly! If you are trying to find a place to go for any hair, spa or retail this is your place!

  Chelsea is the best hair dresser. She is the only one I allow to cut my hair. She's fabulous .I've been going to swizzlesticks for the past 15 years.

  Great experience!!! I had such an awesome first impression the moment I walk through the doors and the service was so AMAZING that it inspired me to not only booked a hair appointment for myself, I booked in a haircut for my daughter, my mother and also treated myself to a facial!! It all ended up being amazing! Can't be happier with Swizzlesticks and my experience!!
  I feel they listened to what I wanted, it was so professional and the creativity and knowledge that the stylists have really shows! Plus the scalp massage during the hair wash was unbelievable!!!
  It was a fun experience and I can't wait for my next appointment!

  I have been coming to this salon since they were located elsewhere in Kensington, many moons ago! Every service, every experience has been lovely. I like to go and treat myself as often as I can (and the prices are really fair for the excellent product and services received)! I received a certificate for a scrub service as a present for my birthday one year. I can't do it justice in a written review but I will say this - best gift ever!!

  Stylists are very professional and listen carefully to their customers, can make a good long-lasting hair cut from a picture. The environment is clean and friendly. Prices are on the higher side but there are young talents and even seasonal discounts if you really looking.

  SwizzleSticks is an amazing salon. From the moment you get there you know you're going to be treated well. They offer you coffee, tea, or water and seat you while you wait. Everyone is so friendly and the stylists are well educated. My favorite part is always the mini-massage at the wash station, and they offer to touch up your makeup if it gets smudged.
  
  All in all, 10/10 would, and do recommend.

  The salon services are fantastic and reasonably priced. I have had the same hairdresser for 6 years, she is phenomenal as are many of the other stylists. It's easy to make appointments, they send reminder emails and phone calls. I give gift certificates for their spa packages all the time, everyone loves them
