Terrible customer service skills.
Took forever to get our drink order in & then 15 min later still waiting for a menu, the waitress asks 'are you ordering wings?'
Well, can we see a menu first please?
We had 3 different waitresses serving on us.
They only gave us 2 napkins for very saucy wings and never came to check on us during eating to top up beverages or replenish napkins.
It's not overly busy in here, and overall the service SUCKS! The chicken wings were very delicious.
Very satisfied with the food.
I would've ordered more and stayed longer, but I'm not sitting here all night waiting for them to take my order again.response / report this review -

A great place to socialize with locals. Currently a new cook has been offering unique specials for the day that are simply phenomenal! Triples on Fridays for $12. You can't beat the prices. And the bands and entertainment on the weekends are great. Go down and play some pool, the VLT's, and shake your bootie to the music!

It's always really busy on wing night so be prepared to wait. Your patience is rewarded with the best wings in the city period; lots of flavors and a big wing. A varied and satisfying menu is also available for those of you not interested in wings.

Terrible. Staff is extremely rude, was told it would be much longer for food because it was so f***ing busy. Appalling customer service. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like a useless piece of dirt.
