First of all, The hotel is about a negative 5 star. I don't know why anyone would give this hotel a 3 or 4 star. It's absolutely horrible. Don't let the pictures fool you to book here. there are bed bugs. A lot of them. I had to change rooms 4 times and the room still has bed bugs. The rooms are not cleaned. The beds are tapped back together like they got it from a dumpster. Garbage from previous people that have stayed here are still there. I paid $160 for this crappy hotel when I could of paid a little more and got a way nicer hotel in Richmond. Do not make the mistake that I made of staying here. Tried complaining to the manager for a complaint. They do not answer the phone. Had to check out at 3am because of the bed bugs. Do not I repeat, Do not stay here. You're better off sleeping in your car.

Staff member didn't even know the location of the Super 8 when asked over the phone. Lobby is dingy. Elevator is missing the cover for the over head lighting. Room is in disrepair. Drawers fell out when touched. Carpet had been melted by someone ironing. Walls were cracking. Airconditioner took forever to cool the room. Enamel on the corner of the bathtub was chipped away and rusting. Ceiling above the bathtub was cracking and falling. Feel sorry my great aunt and uncle had to pay money to stay there for a few hours

Horrible Service, Poorly Maintained
Hotel Locks didn't work and they had to go to the room to let us in each time. We didn't feel comfortable as we had good with us to sell at a trade show and we didn't want to have to worry about them. We asked to cancel and the lady on said that she would have to get her manager to approve it. We asked her to call and she said she would. She confirmed that she called and said that we would get a full refund. No one has called us back. Would not recommend to anyone who wanted to not have to worry well they are in town. I hope this gets someone attention and they call me back/ or email me?response / report this review
