The Best Western Chemainus can be counted on to provide a superb hotel experience. I have always found the rooms to be immaculate and comfortable.
The staff are friendly and knowledgable about their business, and the surrounding community. As a guest who travels for work, I appreciate the amenities offered and the hospitality that is present throughout my stay.response / report this review -

By far the best Best Western I have ever stayed at on any front. Breakfast, gym, pool, whirlpool hot tub, my room was was super nice and was even the lowest in level of suite can only imagine the nicer suites! I highly recommend staying here! I would live here if I could afford it! Ha ha

Excellent experience. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and they know the area. They were able to recommend places to see and to eat. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The complementary internet was reliable. The breakfast was beautifully presented and plentiful, and the breakfast staff were friendly. The hotel itself is lovely, and convenient to the town centre, activities and restaurants. We enjoyed everything about our stay and recommend Best Western Plus Chemainus to everyone.

We loved staying at this hotel. We had a balcony room. The room was so spacious and had everything we needed.
The separate bedroom was great with lovely bedding.
The breakfast was fantastic - such a great number of choices and lots of fresh items - fruit, tomatoes.

My favourite best western location. Really thoughtful elite member welcome gift. Approachable staff. Great hot breakfast selection. Very clean rooms and attentive to detail housekeeping team. Highly recommended.

It is one of the best and most pleasurable hotels that I have ever stayed out. The staff is outstanding. Pet friendly they have treats and poop bag for your petand towels on hand to dry their feet when they come in from the rain. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying on Vancouver Island

The hotel is very nice and the breakfast is excellent. The staff are very good. One issue was the "separate bedroom" specified in Expedia when I booked and paid for room was actually an alcove (bed tucked into non-separate area with sliding doors and opening above doors). If you truly want a separate bedroom make absolutely sure you verify before you buy

I have thoroughly enjoyed my several stays at this hotel, which I am certain may be the best in the neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast and a well-equipped gym and swimming pool. Most importantly the staff are courteous professional and excel in their services. This is a well-administered hotel for which I have no hesitation in rating "five stars" . Excellent !!!

Great pool/hot tub, fabulous customer service, delicious complimentary breakfast with a good selection of coffee/tea. Our kids forgot their toothbrushes and they happily provided them with replacements. Had lock up for valuables, allowing us to keep our bikes safe/dry. Convenient location to golf course, downtown, and festival theatre. Dog-friendly with complimentary treats/poop bags at the front door. Great room layout. Lots of gym equipment.

Attended a training session in one of the conference rooms recently, the service was good and I was quite happy. Coffee service and lunch was provided. Staff kept the coffee pot full and brought cookies for snack. Lunch was soup and sandwiches, which although not fancy were still quite tasty. Conference room was well appointed and perfect for our needs. Quite pleased overall.
