I can't say enough about how good this company is. The first concern in any renovation is budget. They came in less than 10% of the initial quote and ALL the overages were upgrades I requested!!! Sunnylea provides white glove service. The work was exquisitely done. The workmen were all professional, friendly and very skilled. My home was always left very clean. I love the end result.
In short:
On time, on budget, excellent workmanship, white glove service, professional, friendly

Marino and his team at Sunnylea were absolutely amazing with my renovation project. I really appreciated the integrity of Marino and his team, the timely communications and response to questions and issues, and ultimately, the overall professional standards of the whole team of contractors. Sunnylea executed a stunning transformation of my home and I couldn't be happier with the results.

We had the great privilege of working with Geno and the Sunnylea team when our parents' home was chosen for an episode of HGTV's Making It Home with Kortney and Kenny. From the first meeting up until today, Geno has treated us like family, taking care to answer every email, take phone calls on weekends and ensure that all our questions were answered. The house turned out beautifully and has made this huge move for our parents an amazing experience. Sunnylea has a crew of skilled trades who show up exactly when they say and do the work as promised (this is so rare!). As a family run business, the entire Sunnylea team is very attentive and no question was too ridiculous to ask! We have worked with a lot of contractors and Geno and his crew are one of the best. We would not hesitate to use Sunnylea again, thank you so much Geno!

From start to finish, Geno and his team at Sunnylea handled our kitchen reno professionally and with beautiful results. They were pleasant and practical and kept us informed as to progress every step of the way. I highly recommend Sunnylea as an organization you can trust.

This is our 2nd renovation from Geno. He’s the best!
The first one was a few years ago when he pretty much tore our house down & rebuilt it. It was so beautiful he won an award for it.
Since then we moved into a Condo & we had no hesitation to have Geno help us again.
Since we live on the lake, we wanted to turn our bedroom into a seaside resort. All the popcorn finish was taken off our ceiling (with no mess) and the entire room was repainted. The new Oak flooring was put down and it’s fabulous. It’s reminiscent of sand which worked with the beachy look I was going for. He also did some electrical & plumbing work.
Geno & his crews are always on time and do amazing work at a respectable price.
