Scheduled for a duct and dryer cleaning on a Saturday. Was given a window from 11-2. We waited the whole time, cleared spaces on the street for the truck as requested, which is no easy feat and nobody came. Called to follow up and got no answer. Never received a call back. Very unprofessional and a waste of our Saturday.

John was absolutely amazing in setting the schedule and sending a reasonable quote. The duct cleaning technicians: Nick and Robbie, were efficient and effective in getting the job done. This company is very professional, prompt, and gets the job done.

I was referred to this company by a friend of mine and they were right. Made an appointment with the owner and what he quoted me was exactly what i paid. No hidden fees. Both service technicians that arrived at my house were professional and very nice. I will not hesitate in referring them to anyone i know that is need of duct cleaning. I am a very satisfied customer.

My son is suffering from serious asthma and allergies, we definitely need this to be done. We were scheduled in for between, 2-4 pm. Around 6pm they called me and said they had a flat tire and they could come around 7pm. Just to find out that they couldn't clean my air ducts. The owner called the next day and told me that he was in the hospital and asked if his technician actually was there. In the meantime the call center would call me and ask is they could do the job. I've explained to them about the situation (our place is extremely hard to reach, no driveway out front), first the technician said they couldn't do it. Three days later the call center said, they would really like the job. If they were actually smart, they would know that we had a snow storm! They definitely wouldn't be able to get the truck close now. Basically wasted my whole day for nothing!

Hired City Duct Cleaning for my condo unit.
Highly unprofessional, rude, priced higher than all other duct cleaning companies and would definitely NOT recommend. All of the "customer reviews" that are posted on their website are obviously fake or filtered to only show the positive.
Showed up 5 hours late with no phone call (we had to call them multiple times to find out where they were), duct cleaning equipment seemed sketch at best (after our sub par experience with City Duct Cleaning, I called around to other duct cleaning companies who explained the equipment that would be used and it just seemed like City Duct cleaning showed up with a small vacuum looking thing), wanted to charge us for every single thing and each time they come out to visit you, there is a random service charge. Do your research before picking a duct cleaning company!! There are a dime a dozen companies and this one just doesn't cut it.
