Purchasing a preowned vehicle should always be this easy and great. Mark (Sales Consultant) was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and much more. I did the whole purchase over the internet and phone with Mark sending photos and information as needed. When I came to pick up the Murano, it was spotless inside and out, full of gas and better than I thought it would be. I asked Mark on the phone if he would sell it to a family member and he said yes, and now I know why. Then he followed up shortly after I took it home. What a great place to purchase a vehicle. Hands down worst dealer I've delt with. I bought a used Car of them. Car was supposed to have gone through AMVIC inspection.. Well it definitely didn't. Car ended up having so many issues and they wouldn't do anything about it, because its a "used car"
Highly reccomend traveling out of town if you want to buy a Nissan. I called multiple times asking for something, anything to be done. Told I'd get a call back from higher ups, managers and so on. Absolutely no call back. I'd give 0 star rating but unfortunately they dont have that option.

Work is done right the first time and my car is always ready when promised. People here go the next step in helping with last minute requests. I'm always impressed by how clean the dealership is and the reception area - now with snacks - is very comfortable. I'm a long time customer and am very happy with the service provided. It's a major reason for buying my cars here.
