  What great service! I'm a first-time auto insurance buyer, and my fiancé suggested I go with his amazing representative, Heather. I'm glad he did :) She got me a great price for great coverage and was super easy and friendly to talk to. I had done some shopping around, and it's the best deal I found, PLUS they get to know you and are very personable and professional. Thank you, Heather :)

  I had spoken with Vicky regarding car insurance and the service provided was fantastic. Vicky was highly professional, accommodating and sociable. Our interactions were enjoyable, which is probably not something a person would typically say about getting car insurance! 10/10 recommend going to Desjardins!

  The representative (Michelle) that I dealt with was exceptional; she was able to address all questions and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We reviewed my upcoming policy and made all pertinent changes in a timely manner, In addition, she provided prompt follow up the next day, meeting all expectations. This was by far the easiest, most efficient dealing I have ever encountered with any insurance company. Thank you Michelle for understanding customer loyalty.

  very professional and courteous service! Michelle was my agent and working with her has made my first time buying an Ontario car and home insurance a smooth experience. she truly cares about what you need and made sure that I had all the required information to make the right decision.   Very great exceptional service. I wanted to switch my insurance to a new address and Vicky was professional and super friendly. I had booked an appointment before hand, got a call at the agreed time and she made sure that everything needed was sorted out for my move in a short time frame and I was able to get back to work. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Keep up the great work.
