It's very inconvenient how they take forever to respond to emails, even if you ve asked the simplest questions. It gets the client irritated and frustrated, on top of it you ll see no sign of sounding apologetic.

Edit (july 24, 2021): after my first review they have started being very responsive. However, i was surprised When i was asked whether i d like to switch to a different provider because i asked too many questions, probably it got annoying for the representative. Felt awful, like they dont want my business. Paying a high rate and not even getting the due importance really sucks. If u ask the same question repeatedly they ll keep telling u the same answer without understanding that you need some rephrasing. I have always been weak in understanding when it comes to insurance but desjardins wont try to elaborate for u.

I contacted multiple insurance agency! I was directed to Justin Cornelius and he was amazing from the get go! I am so happy with the service I recieved he was quick to respond and helped me organize everything for my new vehicle. He even pushed up the start date so I could pick up my vehicle earlier. Everywhere else i got quoted between $450-600 per month. He gave me a way better quote to about half the price of the lowest quote I got else where. He was awesome definitely reccomend him to anyone needing painless and quick insurance.

I've only had a great experience at this location. They help me send them all my information for my claim they where very helpful.
If you are going to buy a policy from State Farm I would try this location first before I went anywhere else.
