Make sure you winterize your biggest asset. Do a quick walk around your home's exterior. Look at windows, doors, and all the nooks and crannies. Put your A/C cover on and check to see if your eavestroughs are free of debris.

Time to look at deck and fence staining, A misconception that spring is the best time to apply stain but fall has allowed the wood to dry and weather allowing the stain to set better.
