My favorite place to leave my dog for daycare and boarding. He always comes home tired, happy and healthy. The grooming services are also great and very convenient.

Seems like a well ran place and the staff were friendly. Our dog was returned to us in one piece so that’s always good. Our dog had nothing bad to say about it but doesn’t really talk much either way.
The pickup and drop off hours could be extended as it is a bit of a haul out there so would make it easier.response / report this review -

Our pup stayed here while we spent a night on Calgary and she loved it! The people who came to get her and drop her off with us were super cute with her, talking to her like we do (fur baby parents and all that) and very friendly service at the desk. She came back to us cleaned with nails clipped too!

Our dog Charlie has now stayed here twice. Both times he came home looking good, healthy and clean. The staff here clearly love working with the dogs. On Charlie's first visit (6 days) he even spent time with the staff behind the counter, who sent us a couple of photos. Prior to his first visit we were invited to look around the facility which helped to put our minds at ease. Cost is ok and you get to choose level of play time for your dog. We will not send our Charlie to any other kennel.

This was our dogs first overnight experience so we were a little worried. The staff were extremely helpful and took great care of her for the 18 nights and we even got a few emails along with pictures to ease our mind. We traveled for 3 hours to bring her here and wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

It was my cat's first time being boarded. Cece had spent time at a friend's house when I previously needed care for her and she was always happy there. She reacted much the same way at Springbank Pet Resort Which I was really pleased with. She came home happy and healthy and even got some time to hang out with some other cat buddies while at the resort.
I was worried about Cece while I was away so a staff member emailed me an update and a photo of Cece, which made me feel much better. Overall, I was really pleased with the facility and the service! I'm happy to have another option for cat care when I need it.

The resort was fantastically organized and polite. It's a very clean and professional site and our pup was so tired after enjoying two night of fun with other doggie friends. Thanks again for looking after her!

I cannot say enough great things about Springbank Pet Resort!! My rescue pitty, Kash who dislikes all animals, and most people has been turning into such a social butterfly who now has friends, and loves to see all of your staff when she comes! We owe this progress to Zach who has been a miracle worker with her!! He has managed to get close to her, which multiple dog trainers have failed at! Kash is always so happy to come visit for the day or the weekend! Everyone is so friendly, so accommodating and just OUTSTANDING! your facility is clean, bright and has such a happy atmosphere! I HIGHLY recommend you to everyone I know, and am SO happy to have my girls come to you for visits and now to your Vet clinic as well! ♥ THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have used Springbank Pet Resort since 2014. My veterinarian recommend them to me for my cat. They have a very professional approach and let me know of any issues that came up during my cat's stay. They followed the instructions I gave them regarding my cat. Very clean and well maintained facilities. Would highly recommend.

We have taken our dog here several times and our cat once and it's always been great. We just have a couple complaints. Firstly there were several times we scheduled a nail clipping during a multi-day stay for our dog and when we picked him up at the scheduled time they hadn't done it yet so we had to wait, once is a minor oversight but they seem to make a habit of it. Secondly, and most importantly, they close for lunch for an hour every day dog boarding pick up and arrival and dog daycare. Do they not have two people on staff that could take alternating lunches? They are already open fairly limited hours and are quite expensive, especially if you want your dog to play with other dogs. It doesn't seem unreasonable that they should be able to stay open for a full day.

Our 6 month old Lab Arwyn stayed for 6 nights this January and "had a blast"! She appeared to be well cared for and didn't want to come home during her play time! She was content and clean upon arrival home and we thoroughly enjoyed the pictures of her playing with her new friends. We are so relieved that her first experience was so positive and would highly recommend this service to other dog owners. Arwyn will be coming back when we go on our next trip!

Mac has stayed at the Springbank Pet Resort a few times now. He has stayed in the day care and has stayed as a guest of the resort for a few nights. By all indications he loves it there. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and Mac has been their top priority which is what a pet owner loves. I have great peace of mind when Mac is there. He is well cared for and comes home exhausted from all the activity. I would highly recommend the Springbank Pet Resort and/or Daycare to any pet owner.
