My mom and I use to come here all the time but it hasn't been until lately that their service has become atrocious. We always feel we're being rushed out and our nails show it. We went Friday July 28 to get our nails done for my engagement party and I was embarrsed to show people my ring because of the way my nails look. 3 days after getting them done and the white shellac has turned an ugly yellow color. I use to rave about this place and tell all my friends to go. Now, I'm embarrassed and will never recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed

walked in 10 mins late cause of traffic & still got amazing service. got a lady with red highlights & she was awesome. everything was perfect. 10/10 would recommend & definitely going back !!

Hong and the girls are so amazing and welcoming. I always have an excellent mani or pedi and they are so friendly and warm. My nails are always perfect and last forever. I'd never go anywhere else.

I would have posted 4-5 stars but I got an infection which makes me wonder if their tools are sterilized between customers. I was the first customer of the morning.and I don't recall seeing a steri-machine or tools being unwrapped.
I am undecided if I will return. I DID really like my technician but the infection was painful and took a few days to heal.response / report this review -

The last time i was there i wanted gel nails done. I was uimpressed walking away with a set of nails that cost me 20 more than gel and the lady said they were gel (which by the way they were not). I really like this place and i will give them one more chance but if it happens again i will not be back

Went here for a pedicure. Not impressed at all. Waited 20 minutes in the pedicure bath, which wouldn't have been so bad if someone put hot water in halfway (my feet were sitting in cold water). The technician went too fast. It was only a 40 minute pedicure. Not worth $30 in my opinion. She did a crappy job overall. The polish wasn't even completely on my nails. Would not go back. They seemed over booked and really rushed. Definitely disappointed.
