The last time we were there it took us an hour and a half to get a seat after being told it would only be an hour. We brought this to the attention of the manager and she reconciled the issue and we left happy and fully fed! The customer service from the server and manager was great!

2 hour wait at the Langley Keg and the people weren't awesome! Called Maple Ridge put our names on the 1 hour wait list. Arrived 15 minutes later and were seated almost immediately. Everyone from the first call through to the 3 Billy Miner pies were outstanding! They went above and beyond for us and for that we will be back.
P.s. Steaks were cooked perfect.

The food was incredible service impeccable. Great for family dining, Birthdays party's (perhaps not below ages 14) as well as out on a Date.
People are just so friendly I can't wait to return.
Parking is not and issue, Plenty to go round. We went without reservations and we're seated promptly even though it was busy.
Thumbs up. The renovations that took place recently are fabulous. Go, Eat, laugh and most of all Enjoy!!!

We had a family birthday party here of about 25 people, and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. We had our 3 year old twins with us, and they were super kind and chatted with them. There was a kids menu with a few options, and they had colouring pages and crayons for the kids. The food as always was hot, well presented and DELICIOUS. The Keg is well known for being on the pricey side, but if you want a quality meal, look no further.

The keg never disappoints! We decided to have my birthday dinner here and it was a treat. We had the Neptune Mushrooms to start because I just love the buns that come with them and of course for main dishes we all went with tasty steaks. The evening was a delight and the server was very nice.

Delicious food. Went for lobsterfest .
The server could have been a little more attentive with drink refills and also with checking in sooner about meal quality as one of the people in our group had a cold potato . Overall though everyone's meals were delicious and nice atmosphere!

My wife and I have a tradition of going to the Keg on our anniversary. We used to live in the Burquitlam area and would travel to The Keg on Still Creek in Burnaby. Now that we have moved to Maple Ridge, we decided to give this location a try.

This location met and exceeded our expectations! Service was top notch, the food was delicious (steaks cooked perfectly) and the restaurant had a great ambiance. We will definitely go back!

Wife and I arrived at 630 Fri night. Wait list was 75mins so we sat at the bar and was pleased to be seated in about a half hour in the lounge area. Ordered appys and before we were finished we were approached by the manager and asked if we would like a seat in the dining area. Found us a nice booth. We ordered the peppercorns steak and baseball steak. Both done to perfection. Service was great and all staff was friendly.

It's really nice inside and the service is good, but I find thier food to be not that great, more on the rich side, too salty and fatty, chicken was dry also, salad was drenched in Caesar dressing..

Made reservations for New Year's Eve, the staff was very punctual and polite. The drinks were very good and they have a great selection. The calamari was tender but a little oily, might need a little more heat in the oil. The Sirloin Oscar was very good, tender, and cooked to medium well as requested. The seafood has been upgraded since the last time we were there, the shrimp were bigger and scallops were fresh. The T-Bone feature was delicious and cooked to medium rare perfection, and being a thinner cut steak they nailed it. The creme bruleé was a good end to the night's meal!

If your looking for great staff and service that goes above the normal then I do recommend this Keg. My Wife and I have attended this restaurant for over 3 years without complaint. The staff has always been attentive and friendly, there patience with us has been spot on as we do take the entire evening to eat and drink. The food well that has been spot on almost every-time, sometimes its just we order the wrong thing ( that's us exploring) if your looking for a great night with good energy go here. Highly recommended.
