The service team at Sport Chek Merivale is barre none one of the very best costumer service teams I have ever encountered!!!!
I received some erroneous information when I called to see if I needed an appointment to have my bike tuned up. Most companies would have said, "too bad - sucks to be you" But this team bent over backward to ensure that I would be a happy and repeat customer! And I am and I will be!

The guys who work the shoe department are absolutely horrible. They're arrogant and extremly unhelpful. Always talking amongst themselves and will do/say anything not to go to the back to look for sizes.
