I will never purchase another bike or sporting good from these people again.
I purchased a GT mountain bike less than 30 days ago from the Saskatoon 8th st location. The front fork locked up and I have been told I have to send the fork away for repair or replacement.
You would think a company like Sport Check, with likely 100's of this same bike in stock would replace the fork OR the bike themselves to keep a customer happy. Not the case. No problem, next time I need something, I will get it elsewhere.

Extremely useless staff!!! They charged me 25 dollar for binding my badminton racquet, and I have to wait 3days!!! However three days later, when I pick up my racquet I find out that they haven't start yet!

I took my son in looking for basketball shoes. We looked at several pair and had a few in our hand hoping to try them on. About 25 feet from us stood 4 staff (one who appeared to be a Regional type that goes from store to store) and they stood and had a great time laughing with each other. I pulled my phone out and took a picture, and that is when they decided to come over and help us. Could learn a bit in customer service. Till people were great!
