I loved this hotel at first, let us have our dogs there and everything. They didn't clean our room for 5 days and we had to ask, never told me they needed me to take my dogs out for service. Then i asked on the 7th day for the girl to clean up our room and to please give us clean sheets. We came into a room that the beds were made with dirty sheets. This last time we stayed there was something on the hide a bed. I went to flip the cushions and there was more. The cleaner the next day told me that it wasn't like that when we came in. Again the room service was not that great , empty paper towel holders, dirty towels left, not enough toilet paper, etc. We will not be spending any more time there as the service would get better the more you stay at a hotel and we were treated as we were more work than they wanted to do. Nice hotel just needs some better management.

Nice place. No pool or restaurant. Had some issues with house keeping hopefully they get it fixed soon.

Bed was super firm. Nice, clean, new and fresh. Breakfast was all microwaved, but staff were really pleasant. Great price for a kitchenette.

Amazing and friendly staff, great hot breakfast lot's of selection. Staff is always smiling and ready to assist in anyway they could. However there was one front desk staff that stand out to me, her name is Joan. Very nice lady suggested places where I could have lunch and take my kids to have a bit of fun while visiting. Thanks for a great weekend Encore!

I travel a lot for work, so I've stayed in many different chains of hotels. This is my first time staying at an Encore Suites. My stay here couldn't have been better. The rooms are incredible; from the bed and modern finishes, to the bath robes and personal safe in the closet. The breakfast was (is, as I'm eating it right now) great. Thank you for making this stay relaxing and I will recommend this hotel over any others in G.P.

Uptown and trendy. Great comfort and finishes. Close to a great selection of food and brick n mortar stores within walking distance. Casino across the street.

Rooms are very clean and modern. The kitchenette suite features a full sized fridge and I was told these are standard in all the units. Not much else for kitchen space in the kitchenette suite however. Bathroom is spacious with good shower pressure and a huge backlit mirror and a full length mirror. Breakfast is the typical buffet style and was basically what you get at all hotels. Workout room is new and has a variety of weights but no pool.
