This is the result of the platinum package for touchless. Truck came out looking worse than it did prior to going in. Definitely wouldn't recommend, not worth a 20$ wash

Having recently moved to the area, I was looking for a car wash, a self clean to be precise. I came across Splash zone on Google and decided to go with it. I got there for 9.30pm, I found it easily, and surprisingly it was spacious. The washing bay was clean and free of any rubbish and debris. Instructions on how to use the self clean wash were clear and easy to understand. I was very impressed on how well the equipment worked. The end result was a very clean looking car at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be coming back again.

Typical self serve car wash. 6 wash bays plus a automatic one but only 3 vacuums. The good thing being of course that it's 24 hours but just hope that something doesn't go wrong with the machine once the employee leaves. Also, the area it's in isn't the greatest area so you shouldn't have any problems since you probably won't want to go there when it's late night/early morning anyways.

Come use vaccums that have no suck . I can't speak for the car wash but DO NOT USE THE VACCUMSspent 6 dollars on VACCUMS went home and use the house vac to finish the job

We used the dog wash. Overall good experience. I'd recommend owners come prepared though.
- you need loonies and toonies for this thing to start. Min 5 cad needed.
- I thought the shampoo was done in the machine but it seemed to be wired/loaded wrong. The shampoo came out with the rinse or conditioning cycle. So I just quickly switched gears. No strong scent. Just clean.
- for a medium sized sheepadoodle I spent 20 minutes and 7 dollars. She was very very muddy!!! Worth it.
- you can lock the door for additional safety which I much appreciate.
- they had coat hangers high up for humans.
- the DOWNSIDES:
* there's no way to know the products being used for the dogs which isn't great. You could go around that just bringing your own shampoo.
* The water pressure isn't ideal for long hairs and heavily soiled dogs.
* There is no way to secure your dog so it cannot jump out. The place would benefit from an arm to safely secure dogs with their leash.
* The dryer takes quite a while. I suggest you bring a few microfiber towels for a quick towel dry and then use the dryer. The air stream is fairly strong but it's cold air. My dog got shivery before she was dry. I didn't end up getting her dry actually! Someone was waiting behind me and I didn't want to stretch it out too far.
* It isn't clear if the 5 dollars uses a simple timer versus only counts the machine when you're actively using it. It would be good to know because using your own shampoo and towel drying MAY cut into your time.
Knowing what I know now, I would definitely still come back but maybe bring a few extra things of my own to ease my mind and speed up the process.
Also, you will get wet! Don't come here right before an appointment or with nice clothes.response / report this review -

The touch free car wash is the best. Had an issue with tokens not being able to use in the touch free wash owner came by and gave me refund. I am very pleased with customer service. Will continue using this car wash in the future.

All vending machines, including"token" dispenser are out of order. Asked employee for change, said he only had 5 dollars. Went to Bay, after inserting $2, soap wouldn't come out of the wand, looked like wax, wax selection was also wax. Go to Harry's just up the street for your self-wash

Odor of marijuana inside the store. Owner is not approachable and lacks communication skills. Some of the machines don't work properly. Not a very welcoming place.

In dirty and out clean in no time. One $2 coin was more than sufficient time to power blast my truck, no soap required. Lots of vehicle bays so short waiting times. Accessable easily if heading southbound

My doge deserves the best bubble bath buddy boy bound to give her occasionally. Attention hounds are welcome, take your time, not very many people come here to wash their dogs. Too bad for them! The owner is very accommodating, I paid with debit card once and he gave me coins back to use in the machine. We love the place, me and my doge.

Every time I've gone to use the dog wash it's always locked and no one is ever around very disappointing. If management is going to leave the premises they should put a sign up or unlock the door so people can wash their dogs. I tried calling numerous times but no answer.
