I've ordered the CBA (chicken bacon avocado) salad here more times than I can count and have never once been disappointed. Very refreshing, filling, and delicious salad!

The Redwood holds the distinct honour of serving me the worst steak I've ever attempted to eat. The meat looked grey and was coated in pepper to the point of being inedible. We were rushed through our meal as well which added insult to peppery injury. As a bonus my friend and I also had intense indigestion for the rest of the day as a wonderful take home reminder of our time at the Redwood.

Unfortunately, I was unable to try the food here. I waited over five minutes to be seated (there were two tables in the restaurant at the time). After being seated, I waited 15 minutes for the server to return before looking for her and then, when she couldn't be found, I left the restaurant. On the way out, I met up with her in the lobby and explained that I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave. She was apologetic, but I couldn't make the timeline work to stay and eat. I'm disappointed that my day of relaxation and pampering ended on such a low note. It seemed like the workers were disorganized and any staff that I saw around the restaurant area seemed completely unconcerned with customers.

Have been there 3 or 4 times now - every time excellent food AND service, it has become our new go to place. A great menu, reasonable prices and great atmosphere. Keep it up.
