Amazing experience. My child was extremely scared of the dentist from a previous horrible experience at a different clinic, yet here he was able to sit and get his procedure done with no complains and was very cooperative. Totally recommend for any children dental work. They make your child feel very relaxed and know exactly what to say to make your child feel safe.

Dr. Kaur and Bailey made my experience incredible! I have major dental anxiety and they were both so supportive and patient with me. They took the time to let me get used to being in the chair, showed me every tool, what it did and how it felt. When I was starting to panic they remained calm and give me ice packs to cool me down and Bailey even took me outside to get some fresh air and talked with me until I was ready to try again. They let me do everything in small steps and never once made me it feel like a burden. They truly care and because of them I was finally able to get filling done that I had been trying to do for 6 months. Even the front desk staff were so understanding and patient and did everything in their power to make me feel at ease. The best clinic I've ever been too! Their kindness is unmatched! Thank you!!!

Very Accommodating, required a change in appointment at a short notice and the staff went out of the way to get a day and time slot that works. amazing service, friendly staff and great atmosphere.

I have a very traumatic history of Dentist visits and this caused me to stay away for 6 years. I was recommended by a friend to try South Airdrie Smiles. Every single person that I have come into contact with inside the clinic is absolutely amazing! Bailey is the sweetest and I love chatting with her while she is preparing for my appointment. She lights up the room and makes you forget about any anxiety or worries you may have. Dr. Sung is super gentle and his bedside manner is fabulous. I have had 3 sets of fillings done in the last two months and each one has become easier knowing that I am in his capable hands. I haven't even felt the needle go in at any point. He also has consistently called the following day to check in and make sure that I am doing ok, which is just above and beyond my expectations. I am not saying that I enjoy the dentist, but the team at South Airdrie Smiles has restored my faith in Dentists and I don't hate going there - which is probably the highest praise that I can give a Dental office haha!

The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Sung is very nice, he explained every procedure very well and made me feel so at ease. From the time you walk in to the clinic you are greeted with a smile as well as when you leave. I felt that I was treated very well in this clinic and I am glad I picked them. So to say I left with a BIG smile on my face.

I am normally terrified of the dentist. From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable. There was no “dentist office smell” and the staff was extremely friendly. I went in with tooth pain and it was explained and shown to me why, and where it was coming from my X-ray. I actually left not dreading my next appointment which has never happen to me before. Thank you South Airdrie Smiles!

One of the best experiences I have ever had at a dental office. Dr. Sandhills-Gill has the touch. Her staff are just as amazing willing to help you with anything you need. If you are looking for a new dentist, I would highly recommend South Airdrie Smiles.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. I should have left this review a long time ago! I had a damaged tooth from grinding my teeth , and was experiencing excruciating pain. I happened to walk in spur-of-the-moment when I was at a business next door, and doctor Sandhu-Gill took me back immediately to look at my tooth. She gave me an injection to help deal with the pain until we could make the appointment to get me in for the root canal that I needed. I've never had so much as a cavity before, so a root canal was terrifying for me. I was given a slight sedation to take before I went in, I had the procedure and went home with zero pain. It was an excellent experience!
I have to go back for a crown, and I have zero anxiety about it. If you are at all nervous about dentists or you're looking for a new dentist for you or your family, you'll be more than happy with South Airdrie Smiles & everyone there!response / report this review -

They front end staff is friendly! The Doctor is very friendly, gentle and very respectful of the process. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. Before she came, the other dentist there was nice and friendly but I found her very rough and my mouth was extremely sore after I was done. I have never experience that type of soreness before. I stopped going for over two years. I will go back this time.

I had a great experience at South Airdrie Smiles. The staff were friendly and put me right at ease. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My two year old daughter was so comfortable with the staff that she allowed them to polish her teeth! I highly recommend South Airdrie Smiles.

Whenever I go to South Airdrie Smiles for my appointment everyone is very welcoming and accommodating! They would always make you feel comfortable! I had my cleaning with Claire today! She was super nice and she made sure I was okay the whole time. I Dr Sandhu would always make you feel at home. She is very friendly but at the same very professional! I think that she is excellent at what she does:
