Great, fast and friendly service. We had a few complicated issues with our fridge, but the service technician knew his stuff and was always willing to follow-up with possible solutions. Eventually the problem was solved and now it works like new again! Would call again for any appliance repairs.

It's hard to find a reliable repair service that you can trust is going to give you the best rate without any hassle or tricks. SOS provided a professional repair, honest, and walked me through the issues and estimated costs before they were agreed upon. Thank you for the service! Will use again (hopefully not too soon) and would recommend to anyone!

It's not very often anymore to not only hear about, but to have the pleasure of dealing with a company/service person that went above and beyond to fix my problem. I truly do not remember being so happy and impressed with any kind of service company. Thank you Rotem, you are an absolute jewel!!!
