This store is not overly crowded, and they have a great selection of products. A good variety of organic fruits and vegetables and reasonable prices. Where they might be more expensive in other areas, I prefer the organic produce here. Additionally, this store has mini shopping carts for my toddler, "customer in training". My daughter ABSOLUTELY LOVES this. It gives me a great opportunity to take my infant and toddler together and actively involves my toddler in the house hold groceries where she can learn about food and health. I now make it a point to go to this Sobeys just for the mini cart. Bonus, right now if you shop there between Monday to Thursday until October 5, you receive a $10 Sobeys gift card if you spend $50 or more, not the expiring kind either!!! Way to go Ajax north Sobeys.

Typical big supermarket. Opened 24/7. The place is clean and tidy, offers fresh produces as well as ready made meals. Prices are not the same as discounters, but you're paying for convenience.

Always excellent. I like the bread brand with zero sugar in it, Dempster seed lover I believe. Their Chinese food packages are good too. Like the special prices on frozen dinners. I also like their pharmacy. Very friendly and helpful.

Always VERY CLEAN AND has everything I want . I'm a shift worker and that's 24 hours also when slip in. The staff on the cash always say hello and are patient we me. The guys on the floor know their products very well. They also will go in the back to double check for special items I need. Just a great experience. Job well done.

Three stars given for convenient location and being open 24hr. Before I didn't mind paying more because their quality was better, however their quality isn't as good anymore. Sadly their customer service is no better. When calling in with a query you can't get anybody to help, when go in person you know why, they standing at customer service and having private conversations. Oh my God, the older white lady at the deli meat counter is as miserable as ass, and about as helpful as 💩. When I asked about a specific product, she said there was no stock, even before I finished my sentence. 🤔 When I asked if she knew what I was talking about, she explained about a blue package, I said no it's not blue, she replied, and I kid you not "blue, red, pink, whatever, we don't have it" .... excellent 😨

A definite 5 stars.. Best customer service I've seen in any grocery store. We couldn't find an item that was on sale last week on its shelf, so everyone in that store and I mean literally everyone was running around back and forth to the storage rooms in the back to see if they have it or not and finally they found it and the manager Mark offered to it to us in a special price because we had to wait for an extra 10 minutes. I saw that was amazing and really stood up for us .. In case you 're looking for customer assistance ask Maria at the service desk, She is super helpful

Good location at Westney and Hwy 2 area. Like they have all the products I am looking for, and Starbucks is right nearby it. They have done a good job also offering the Air Miles program within the last year as well.
