I was at the fish market at Eraa Supermarket yesterday, May 9th, and was shocked by their service. I wanted a specific type of fish but the employee working there told me they didn’t have any and tried to sell me something else. A lady behind me asked for the exact same fish and they served her the fish to her without a problem. That same employee that denied me service tried to rush me out of the store so that I wouldn’t know he lied to me. They do not treat their customers equally and they’re discriminative.

Amazing store with kind staff! Alot of options to choose from! Good kitchen items! Fresh meat and cheap. Everything there has a reasonable price.

ERAA catering used to be good. However, recently customer service is not good. We bought curries and eatables and the packaging were bad. When we reached home non-veg curry container was broken and it was spilled all over vegetable curries and we threw that in garbage. We called them and they said they can't do anything.
