The staff in the Wellness department fantastic, couldn't ask for anything elsecourteous and went over and above to source out the item for me at the Mahogany Store.her direction was precise.

Been here once. Store was pretty nice but food was terrible. Went in to get some lunch from the hot and ready section. Got the chicken leg and some wedges. Got back to work, opened up the chicken and it was pinknot a little bit but pink right to the bone and wedges were hard. Called them to let them know and got a response of " we need a picture or can you come back" i dont have time for that especially on a lunch break. Paid them money to throw out my food.

The pharmacy staff members here are fantastic. They have been caring for me for 2 years and are on top of my medications. They care! I have never experienced a pharmacy staff like these people. They definitely go above and beyond!!!
I have moved away from the community, however I am making the drive to this pharmacy and will continue to do so.

THE ATTITUDE OF STAFF IS SOOOOOOO AWFUL ANS ALMOST EVERYDAY MAKES ME MAD!!

I hardly get an ordinary friendly greeting like "Have a nice day" from them. If you have a European looking, it's okay. However, as an Asian I feel like I'm invisible to them. I've experienced so many times that they didn't greet me with a smile which I've seen so many times they're doing to the European looking customers!

I only shop there because this one is the closest to my house.
REALLY SAD THEY SHOULD KNOW BETTER!!
- in addition, yes they do have a few friendly ones, but unfortunately they're like immigrants-

Even one star is toooo generous for them.

I've been shopping here for years. I particularly like the quality of the produce. Occasionally I buy some some of the pre-made meals and for the most part I've been pleased. This includes sandwiches, roast chicken, salads, sushi, and more recently ready to bake meals. I've also had some great interactions with helpful and friendly staff.

Customer service there is completely missing. Needed few coins for my little nephew but Sobeys people would not help and refuse to break my $5. I explained what the emergency was but they still wouldn't play ball. I refuse to buy anything from these people from now on.

i had a issue today and called the manager Richard gave him a piece of my mind. He told me he would call me back to see what he could do. I am very happy with the solution and feel he listened to my concern and came to a positive resolution. thank you for listening to me. i like shopping here but had some issues and i was getting very frustrated and ready to find a new grocery store but that will not happen now, thanks again Richard.
